  • Today, the relationship between Kanda and Zhejiang Mengjing Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. stands as a prime example of the “shared factory” concept—a model of mutual benefit and shared success.

    Originally, Merging Fidelity was simply one of Sierde’s overseas clients, initially bringing in only a few manufacturing orders for Sierde. However, over the course of nearly five years of collaboration, Merging continually recognized Sierde’s strong capabilities in providing comprehensive solutions and one-stop services in the manufacturing industry, while Sierde also recognized Merging’s leading position in the global professional audio industry. Ultimately, in 2019, driven by the philosophy of sharing and the prospect of mutual benefit, the two parties jointly invested in and established Zhejiang Mengjing Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture registered in Jiaxing.

    The establishment of Mengjing not only further expanded Kanda’s overseas markets and new business areas but also directly introduced leading figures from the international industry. Dominique Brulhart (Switzerland), one of Mengjing’s foreign founders, is a world-renowned audio software expert, Vice President, CTO, and Director of Software R&D at Merging Technologies in Switzerland. The most representative product he launched as chief designer is the world-famous digital audio workstation, Pyramix. This product has now become an iconic piece of equipment for high-resolution recording and production worldwide.

    Currently, Mengjing is leveraging Sierde’s shared manufacturing facility to further accelerate the R&D of new products, while in the future, Kanda will rely on Mengjing to explore and carve out new territory in the professional audio sector.
